CHILD & ADOLESCENT COUNSELING

We help younger clients navigate anxiety, depression, school and sports related stress, self-esteem issues, and shifting family dynamics. By utilizing strengths-based philosophies, we collaboratively work with families to transform challenges into opportunities for connection. 

 

 

YOUNG ADULT COUNSELING
The transition into adulthood is often overwhelming. We support individuals navigating the complexities of academic and career pressures, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. We provide targeted, empathetic care for mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD, helping young adults build the clarity and confidence needed to move forward.
